Wickedly sad girl
I was really excited to go and see Wicked which is passing through town. After trying to get tickets online for an hour I gave up (yes I really wasted an hour of my life hitting the refresh button!). Apparently they were not prepared for the masses and it sold out pretty fast. Of course plenty of tickets are floating around the internet if you want to pay $500 a pop! I might as well go to NYC and see it on Broadway. Did anyone get tickets?

Wicked is going to be in SLC! I want to go. I wish they would go to Vegas. Maybe you can sell a kidney or something to get a ticket. Ha ha

I could have, but didn't because of the timing...long story. I mad Ryan promise me a trip to NY to see it. Have you read the book? I actually hated it! I am dying to see the show though!

Well it's coming here Summer of 2009 you should come visit me and we can go see it together, I loved the show and would love to see it again. The book is far different from the musical, the musical is much more positive and not as political as the book. I was quite surprised at the political commentary in the book, thought provoking none the less. If you read it beware there are some "candid" parts, if you get my gist (jest?). As for getting tickets, I like Jo's idea of selling a kidney, I mean it's not like you don't have a spare, unless you have already sold one???
